Shipping Policy
We will ship all in stock items within 2 business days of receipt of your order, FOB NJ. For example, if your order is received on a Friday, it will ship out on or before the following Tuesday. At check-out, you will have the option to select the shipping carrier (e.g., UPS or USPS) and method (Ground, Overnight, Second Day, Priority Mail etc.). UPS Ground shipments from NJ to Ann Arbor, usually take 2 business days.
Please note that all UPS shipments must ship to a physical address—no PO Boxes.
Please also note that Holidays and weekends will not count as processing days, and may not count as shipping days, so please plan accordingly.
All expedited shipments must be placed by 12:00 pm between Monday and Friday in order for the shipment to go out the same day, unless it is a holiday, in which case the shipment will go out the following business day. For urgent orders, it is best to contact our office at 888.go.moxie or 732.303.8395 to make proper arrangements.
Actual shipping & processing charges will be added to your invoice at check-out.
Custom items may ship directly from a given manufacturer, and may require a lead time of up to 4 weeks, depending on the production schedule of the manufacturer, and the shipping destination. Please take this additional timing into consideration upon selecting custom items for your order.
If a particular item is on backorder, you will be notified as soon as possible. Should the selected item no longer be available, we will suggest an alternative.
Hawaii & Alaska
To Hawaii and Alaska, the recommended shipping method is USPS Priority Mail.
International Orders:
International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes after the item has shipped, and once it has reached the recipient's country. Any additional charges that moxie premiums, LLC incurs in this regard will be charged onto your credit card as a separate charge. Please note that due to customs regulations and matters of international security, international shipments may not arrive when expected, so please allow additional time accordingly.
