We are happy to refund or exchange unused merchandise provided that said merchandise is returned in its original condition. We reserve the right to reject returns if tags have been removed or if items have been removed from their original packaging.

Please be advised that we are unable to offer refunds on either custom or made-to-order items. If, however, an item arrives in damaged condition, please contact moxie premiums, LLC within 48 hours, and we will make a determination regarding replacement and/or other appropriate measures.

All returns must be sent to the address listed below within 30 days of receipt. We highly recommend that one insures their return packages in the event of damage or loss. Please include all original packaging and paperwork with your return.

If you are exchanging merchandise, please e-mail us or include a detailed note with instructions in your return package.

All eligible refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.
